How to register on marryhelp.in ?
Registration on marryhelp.in is simple. You can register your profile either as Free Member or Paid Member of marryhelp.in. All you need to do is, click on ‘Register Free’ link and fill out the required information in the Application For New Registration as completely as possible and click on the 'Save' button.
My Caste / Religion/ Profession /Mother Tongue etc. are not available in the new profile registration form. What can I do?
We tried to be as comprehensive as possible while providing the options being used in the new profile registration form. However, if you do not find your religion / caste, mother tongue, education, profession etc in the profile registration form, you can add such details in the ‘About me’ column. Alternately you can contact our office.
How much do I have to spend for initial registration on marryhelp.in?
You do not have to pay anything for the Free Membership on marryhelp.in. For availing our value added services, you don’t have to become a Paid Member.
What is the significance of Profile ID?
Profile ID is important as it uniquely identifies a profile in marryhelp.in. Each member of marryhelp.in has a unique Profile ID. The profile id will be displayed in the screen when you login to your account of marryhelp.in

Only Paid Members are allowed to communicate directly with our Members. There are various means available for communicating with members. You can use the ‘Express Interest’ option to initiate communication/ start with.
Is it necessary to add a photo to my profile?
Not necessary. But adding photos significantly increases chances of receiving ‘Express Interest’ from other members.
Is it necessary to add Horoscope to my profile?
Yes necessary, in the case of Hindus

Submit your matrimonial profile through Online Registration or Offline Registration. Upgrade your profile to paid membership by choosing the suitable payment mode. After upgradation your free membership’s login details will be changed and it will be informed through e-mail.

You can choose any of the payment methods specified on our site to upgrade your profile to Paid Membership. Either make your payment directly by visiting our office or send payments to our office through cash, cheque, DD/MO.

Free membership is a feature which helps a user to understand what marryhelp.in is. A Free Membership is valid for a limited period of one month.Helps test the availability of matching profiles.Helps confirm you are getting enough responses. On what criteria is a profile validated?
All details entered by you are closely scrutinized. We categorically ignore profiles that are submitted by underage persons, and profiles that contain abusive content. We reject profiles that contain invalid data such as added for fun/looking for friendship/not related to marriage. We try and maintain the highest quality in the database. We stand to serve only those members who are serious about marriage and make use of the service.
Can a free member send personalized messages to another member?
No. Only Paid Members can send personalized messages. However, Free Members can send a pre-defined message expressing interest to a member. Also if a Paid member contacts you, their message will be sent to your email ID and it will be stored in your "Inbox".
I forgot my User ID / Password. What should I do?
Click on the "Forgot Password" link in the page, (just near to member login) provide your matrimonial User Id OR Email ID .You will receive a personal mail intimating your matrimonial login informations.
